About

With project coordination led by Anita, Steggink Interieurs has built a strong reputation for creating high-quality, custom interior projects. From luxurious bathroom furnishings to full interior concepts for homes and restaurants, Steggink Interieurs offers a wide range of solutions that reflect craftsmanship and attention to detail. They also have a showroom, attracting a diverse customer base, from clients seeking a couple of decorative pillows to those wanting a fully customized interior.

The Challenge

Although initially skeptical about outsourcing through an external partner, Cutr kept in contact and followed up six months later. Faced with an urgent capacity issue, Anita brought the proposal to the owners.

The decision to work with Cutr was ultimately driven by high demand and a shortage of staff. The first project, completed successfully a few months ago, proved to be a turning point. However, this project came with some risk, as it involved a highly valued, long-term client. Although the client had always been satisfied with Steggink Interieurs’ work, the situation required the team to partially outsource custom work.

The Solution

With Cutr’s support, the collaboration was successful, and the client was satisfied with the result. This gave Steggink Interieurs the breathing room needed to optimize planning, even during a staffing shortage.

After approving the proposal, the choice fell on an excellent partner: IntoWood from Etten-Leur, The Netherlands. Anita and her team kept in close contact with them, ensuring the collaboration ran smoothly. IntoWood took care of the measurements. They then prepared a detailed drawing, and after approval, the process went smoothly, further reinforcing confidence in this new working method.

The Future

With three successful projects completed and a fourth installation on the way, Steggink Interieurs looks positively to the future with Cutr. More projects are already scheduled, and the collaboration is running smoothly and efficiently. Steggink Interieurs especially appreciates that Cutr not only provides a clear price quote but also that the assigned partner prepares the drawings.

Additionally, the Cutr platform offers short lines of communication with everyone involved in one centralized environment, simplifying and streamlining the process. With the shortage of suitable installers and interior builders, outsourcing through Cutr has proven to be the solution, and Steggink Interieurs looks forward to continuing this partnership with confidence.

The collaboration between Steggink Interieurs and Cutr has developed into a valuable solution for the capacity challenges Steggink Interieurs faces. Thanks to Cutr, Steggink Interieurs can flexibly respond to the growing demand for custom interiors without compromising on quality or customer satisfaction. With clear communication, efficient processes, and a reliable network of professionals, Cutr has proven to be a partner that not only relieves the pressure but also contributes to Steggink Interieurs’ growth and development.
